Reminders
Dear Parents/Carers
Just a couple of reminders from the Heads of Year.
Please can you support us and make sure that students do not come to school wearing the following:
- Jewellery
- False lashes (including lash extensions)
- Trainers
- Acrylic nails
We appreciate that some students may still be wearing acrylic nails following the summer break so we kindly ask that these are removed over the weekend.
We will be back to full school uniform from Monday.
Kind regards,
Heads of Year
Satchel One
Dear parents/carers,
We apologise that some students were having difficulty logging into Satchel One due to PIN codes expiring.
These have now been reset and emails should have been received detailing new student PINS which will replace those received on Wednesday.
The easiest way for students to access homework is to download the ‘Satchel’ app and enter this student PIN when prompted.
If students have already logged into their accounts, please disregard this message.
Kind regards,
Miss S Mulholland
Assistant Headteacher
Year 7 update
Dear parents and carers,
Our new Year 7 students have had a great first week. I have been very impressed with their behaviour, uniform and attitude to learning so far. I have also had great feedback from staff and form tutors, and they have made me very proud as their Head of Year. I hope they keep up the hard work!
Please remember to sign up to Satchel One. You can click here for a reminder of how to get access. In addition, please note that Year 7 shouldn’t be getting any homework for the first 2 weeks of term.
Have a lovely weekend.
Miss Rowley
Head of Year 7
Girls football training
Year 7 girls football training starts this Monday (11th September) after school. Finish at 4.15pm.
Students need to get changed in the PE changing rooms and meet Mrs Slater and Miss Steele on the 3G football pitch.
