Overview

The Food Technology department has 3 members of staff teaching KS3 food and nutrition, KS4 Level 1/2 Hospitality and Catering and KS5 BTEC Hospitality. The state-of-the-art industrial standard catering kitchens offer excellent facilities for the teaching of food, including a fully functioning training restaurant for KS4 & KS5 pupils.
