Our Leadership & Participation system reflects the aims of Lymm High School for all students: exercising social responsibility, developing leadership skills, and providing cultural experiences to help broaden their horizons. Each programme is based around the following categories:
- Contribution to school life
- Experience
- Knowledge
- Leadership
- Social Responsibility
The three programmes have been designed to be age-appropriate to the respective key stages. For example, the Leadership & Participation Profile for KS4 students includes careers-related activities.
We expect all students to get involved with this system, documenting evidence of things they are doing both inside and outside of school and as a result gain recognition and rewards for achievements.
